We have used GiftTree several times… We have used GiftTree several times now, first finding them after a few poor experiences with Harry & David. We'll never go back as everything is always of the highest quality and care. You can't go wrong with them.

I was helped by Stephanie I was helped by Stephanie. To be honest, there wasn't one aspect that was not perfect. She even helped me pick out specific types of baskets for a diabetic and large attorney office. My order was 14(13 of the same and one different). She got me a $20 discount on an $89.99 basket. We must have exchanged a dozen emails and phone calls. They are currently being delivered, I think I am waiting on the last three noticed of delivery. Come Christmas, there will be at least six more I will need. A wonderful and smooth experience and process. Thank you.

Bad fruit Bad fruit. Not organic, overripe, dry and damaged with equipment gouges obviously from before packaged. Yuck. The package of broken crackers and rbst milk cheese look ok.

Not worth the money Basket did not arrive looking like the picture online. Basket was practically empty - a few pieces of fruit and some cookies at the bottom. Could have bought that myself for way less money! Very disappointed.
