GBNever disappointed! From beginning to end, my experience with both the people and the products is that they are delightful. I have sent gift baskets to friends and gifts like the boozey mini cakes for my husband on Father’s Day. I am never disappointed!

AUStill waiting for the gift to be delivered. Still waiting for the gift to be delivered. Admittedly, the receiver wasn’t home on two delivery attempts and on the third attempt, the receiver was home but the deliverer didn’t even ring the doorbell or knock on the door and left with a note to say that an attempt was made. Contacted the help desk and received mixed messages. The issue still hasn’t been resolved.

GBPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - DELIVERED WRONG DAY AND RUINED SURPRISE 90TH BIRTHDAY PARTY. IT WAS A SURPRISE PARTY, BUT THE BASKET WAS DELIVERED WRONG DAY, AND THE RECIPIENT DISCOVERED THERE WAS GOING TO BE A PARTY FOR HER AT HER HOUSE…..SHE IS TURNING 90! CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDNT CARE, AND REPLIED “YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY IT CAME EARLY !”…. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

GBNot worth the money Basket did not arrive looking like the picture online. Basket was practically empty - a few pieces of fruit and some cookies at the bottom. Could have bought that myself for way less money! Very disappointed.
