IT WAS A SURPRISE PARTY, BUT THE BASKET WAS DELIVERED WRONG DAY, AND THE RECIPIENT DISCOVERED THERE WAS GOING TO BE A PARTY FOR HER AT HER HOUSE…..SHE IS TURNING 90! CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDNT CARE, AND REPLIED “YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY IT CAME EARLY !”…. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was helped by Stephanie I was helped by Stephanie. To be honest, there wasn't one aspect that was not perfect. She even helped me pick out specific types of baskets for a diabetic and large attorney office. My order was 14(13 of the same and one different). She got me a $20 discount on an $89.99 basket. We must have exchanged a dozen emails and phone calls. They are currently being delivered, I think I am waiting on the last three noticed of delivery. Come Christmas, there will be at least six more I will need. A wonderful and smooth experience and process. Thank you.

Bad fruit Bad fruit. Not organic, overripe, dry and damaged with equipment gouges obviously from before packaged. Yuck. The package of broken crackers and rbst milk cheese look ok.

Tastes as good as it looks! This is the best tasting cake I have ever ordered online! I have ordered cakes online before but always disappointed in the quality, taste, and freshness. I think what really makes this GiftTree cake stand out is how moist it was even after a few days in the fridge--we had leftovers because it's a rich cake and you only need a little piece. The frosting is not only beautiful but just the right sweetness, not overly sugary. It is an absolutely stunning and beautiful cake! It tastes as good, if not better, than it looks! I will be buying my online cakes only from GiftTree from now on.

Not worth the money Basket did not arrive looking like the picture online. Basket was practically empty - a few pieces of fruit and some cookies at the bottom. Could have bought that myself for way less money! Very disappointed.
