POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - DELIVERED WRONG DAY AND RUINED SURPRISE 90TH BIRTHDAY PARTY. IT WAS A SURPRISE PARTY, BUT THE BASKET WAS DELIVERED WRONG DAY, AND THE RECIPIENT DISCOVERED THERE WAS GOING TO BE A PARTY FOR HER AT HER HOUSE…..SHE IS TURNING 90! CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDNT CARE, AND REPLIED “YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY IT CAME EARLY !”…. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Admittedly, the receiver wasn’t home on two delivery attempts and on the third attempt, the receiver was home but the deliverer didn’t even ring the doorbell or knock on the door and left with a note to say that an attempt was made. Contacted the help desk and received mixed messages. The issue still hasn’t been resolved.

The customer service was terrific The customer service was terrific. Great communications! There was a concern with the delivery but all worked well. And I appreciate the help and concern from Gift Tree personnel too! I received word today that the Basket has arrived and they LOVED it! So thank you! I will definitely be buying from GiftTree again!

The packaging was gorgeous...but I bought this as a Father's Day gift. The packaging was gorgeous! However, it was allot smaller than expected and the shipping was very late, but that's not the merchant's fault that was UPS's fault. The contents that were chocolate were melted into a solid chocolate piece... thank goodness everything was individually packaged or it would've been a disaster! I'm so glad I had a discount for this, otherwise, it certainly wouldn't have been worth it at all. I could put something together like this from the dollar tree for maybe $15. However, my husband loved the customized note attached to it.

Never disappointed! From beginning to end, my experience with both the people and the products is that they are delightful. I have sent gift baskets to friends and gifts like the boozey mini cakes for my husband on Father’s Day. I am never disappointed!
