GBQuick turnaround, but confirm engraving asks I like the selection and quick turnaround. The engraving request needs improvement because it mixes up the 2nd and 3rd letters; so double check that in your order. Then the email route for assistance kept giving me an error message that it did not send. I gave up trying to submit an email, only to receive a response that my ask to adjust the engraving request was received and processed. I assume that it was because the recipient received the gift and was very appreciative.

AUStill waiting for the gift to be delivered. Still waiting for the gift to be delivered. Admittedly, the receiver wasn’t home on two delivery attempts and on the third attempt, the receiver was home but the deliverer didn’t even ring the doorbell or knock on the door and left with a note to say that an attempt was made. Contacted the help desk and received mixed messages. The issue still hasn’t been resolved.

GBThe packaging was gorgeous...but I bought this as a Father's Day gift. The packaging was gorgeous! However, it was allot smaller than expected and the shipping was very late, but that's not the merchant's fault that was UPS's fault. The contents that were chocolate were melted into a solid chocolate piece... thank goodness everything was individually packaged or it would've been a disaster! I'm so glad I had a discount for this, otherwise, it certainly wouldn't have been worth it at all. I could put something together like this from the dollar tree for maybe $15. However, my husband loved the customized note attached to it.
