Covet your Virgin Wines Sales Representative. They keep your best interests in mind! I ordered my first case of wine a few years ago under a promotion Virgin Wines. I price checked the bottles (and still do) and find that the prices are better than I can find on my own. When you sign up you get a personal representative who handles your account. I have come to depend on Brittany as my Rep. We have had good conversations on the phone and she knows what I like and will reach out when a good deal for wines I enjoy become available. Over time I have tended to push back my regular shipments in lieu of purchasing the cases she recommends.

Disorganized, huge waste of time trying to get reward miles for signing up Signed up as part of a deal to get airline miles. Airline miles never showed up, and I called about 4 or 5 different times trying to figure out why. At first they said they needed more time, then they told me they didn't have my Virgin America number. I supplied my Virgin America number on three different occasions over the phone and each time they told me they had never received it. Hoping this time it works, but still a huge waste of time.

However, the company that actually ships my wine communicates poorly of at all, never acknowledges they make Mistakes and in general are horrid And unprofessional. I am Very close to stopping my Membership. The aggravation is just Not worth it.

Best wine club for the money. Best wine club for the money. I've joined several different wine clubs over the years and honestly, most of them suck! They send you cheap wines that taste cheap and too many of the same thing. Virgin on the other hand, constantly surprises me with really tasty wines that I love for a very reasonable price. They have all kinds of bells and whistles that will narrow down your favorite types and eliminate the things you're not crazy about, but I never use that feature. I'm just happy to be surprised with the contents of each case that arrives to my doorstep. I've been a member since 2012 and I look forward to many more years with these folks.

Great selection, high-quality wines are below store prices I have been a customer and member of Virgin Wines USA for over 5 years. If you love all types of wine and want to be exposed to selections that are not available in stores, then Virgin Wines is a good choice. My average cost per bottle is around $11 across the hundreds of wines I have purchased and enjoyed over the years. I looked at about 30 bottles versus store costs at places like Costco's and the same bottles would have cost me on average over $15. I highly recommend Virgin Wines USA.
