Great customer service Recently ordered some beer and glasses from Saddlers brewery. It was a great offer. Came really quickly. The beer had short dates. I informed them of this and with in days they had sent replacement with longer dates. Went above and beyond what I expected. Will definitely use again. Top customer service. Thanks

fantastic customer service Have used the website a couple of time. Part of my delivery was missing on the second delivery . Carol phoned me the same day as I sent the email and replaced both items on next day delivery . Can't fault their customer service.
