Great customer service Recently ordered some beer and glasses from Saddlers brewery. It was a great offer. Came really quickly. The beer had short dates. I informed them of this and with in days they had sent replacement with longer dates. Went above and beyond what I expected. Will definitely use again. Top customer service. Thanks

how the hell do you open it????? Is this a new party game ?? i would so like to be able to get into the bottle The lid came off the cork the glue has failed and i'm left with a full bottle of raspberry cream liquer and no way of opening and re closing it again, you had me thinking on using a drill on the cork its no fun this you tease you p.s cannot find web link that works to send direct p.p.s a drink would be nice

Initially recommended by family first… Initially recommended by family first and then we tried for ourselves... We've ordered over time the various ciders, Rum, the Muddy Stout and the dark IPA's and honestly it's really dangerous just how nice a drink they all are.. We thoroughly recommend them and I think they have done a superb job. Also, the customer services team have always been brilliant - Thanks Carol.
