Terrible customer service Terrible customer service Was pleased with the products although its really gimmicky and not particular a good. Arrived late for a party and now have no use for it. Have contacted them several times to arrange a return and they have not responded - terrible support, clearly need to work on how they handle customers. I would normally re-order as the beers are nice and for Peaky Blinder fans would be a great gift, but now - absolutely no chance.

Good customer service Purchased some cans of lager, beer and IPAs as a gift for my husband through living social provided by Sadler’s Brewery. It arrived promptly and in good order but I thought I was expecting two glasses to go with it. I emailed Sadler’s and was in communication with Carol. She replied within a few minutes asking for further details. As I looked into it further I thought maybe I’d pressed the wrong button or got confused with my order. Carol was very good and took the time to contact me several times. Great customer service.

Great tasting bottled larger Great tasting bottled larger for a great price. Plus free postage over £40 spend which makes it even more worth the spend. Delivery guy was very friendly and never been asked for identification for a parcel which made me feel younger

Brewery Order Ordered some beers from them (2nd time). The courier company send the message they were delivering on the day they tried to deliver the consignment. No one in (obvs) so I arranged to have it delivered when someone would be in. Only half consignment delivered, half damaged in transit. Contacted Saddlers by email, 4 days later by their own contact service, 2 days after on Facebook and Twitter. Still no reply or acknowledgement. Very bad customer service.

Great customer service Recently ordered some beer and glasses from Saddlers brewery. It was a great offer. Came really quickly. The beer had short dates. I informed them of this and with in days they had sent replacement with longer dates. Went above and beyond what I expected. Will definitely use again. Top customer service. Thanks
