Nightmare with orders Nightmare with orders. Double points for credit card purchase on web site, but never received the correct amount. Items in stock, now suddenly out of stock. Not charged on card. Then months later they charge my card with NO explanation. No delivery date. NEVER will buy from this unorganized company again. But the people you call at customer service are wonderful, but rarely fix any problems.

Wonderful company! Update: After contacting C&B customer service, I'm happy to report that they really stepped-up and sorted out my order to my complete satisfaction. Well done to the C&B team. ------------------------------------------------------------- As others have suggested...C&B employs deceptive marketing practices. They're quick to take your money, then delay order fulfillment. I ordered $900 worth of cookware back in November to prepare for the Christmas holidays. What was promised for 2-Dec delivery, has now been pushed to the 15th. Looks like C&B will destroy my holiday preparations.

I ordered a couch in December of 2021 I ordered a couch in December of 2021. Every month or two since i have received notices of delays due to Covid issues and supply issues. It is now November, 2022 and it was supposed to arrive now. Corporate office said in October that I should have it by Thanksgiving. But today, after calling, I learned it is estimated late December. C&B has no control over their product and just string me along. Miserable experience.

Shoddy furniture, no help from customer serviceI purchased 2 tall entertainment… I purchased 2 tall entertainment centers 10 years ago. for $1000 each. Each entertainment center had problems with cabinet doors from the start. Crate and Barrel did nothing. now one door just fell apart, came off the cabinet in pieces. After weeks, C&B informed me that because it was purchased 10 years ago, they would do nothing. Name of person making decision not provided. I was told the entertainment centers were solid wood. Not true, each is particle board. Poorly made furniture for $2000. Also concerned that since cabinet doors were just junk, that whole tall entertainment center might just fall down. Considering legal action if C&B does not return my money or actually do something to repair shoddy furniture.

Fragile items will be destroyed upon shipping. No customer service part of the order (kitchen dishes) came in broken (the fedex guys must have used the box as a football). Online chat/customer service must reside on another planet based on the speed of response. Another item that they claimed was delivered is MIA. Still waiting for the remaining items, more than a week after purchase. Yeah, this might be the last time I shopped at this overpriced place
