Worst experience Worst experience. Never used card . But recd a email that I had a late payment . Went online and saw no purchases bought and credit card showed $121 balance (with late fee). I asked fraud to tell me what item was purchased and address it was mailed to ( but couldnt provide ) because it didnt exist . Something not right here . Cancel your cards.

Theft. Order never delivered and no refund I ordered something more than a month ago and despite multiple multiple multiple attempts to contact Crate and Barrel I have been unable to get any answers or any resolution. Seems they literally just stole my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “COMPANY”

Ordered 2 couches “In Stock” on website in August only to be delayed until mid September, then October, then November, then December. Ordered a cabinet in December thinking a one off…..delivery date mid January….now mid April. I would NEVER use them again and strongly suggest you don’t either. Their listed inventory is a scam
