Delivery...forget about it! Ordered 3 pieces of furniture in December. Original delivery mid February, then end February, then mid March, then end march now no date at all. Meanwhile Crate & Barrel is earning interest on all of our deposit money which includes prepaid shipping. I would never buy from C&B again. UPDATE: Notified items are in local warehouse and it will take 23 DAYS to ship the final 25 miles. Really?

Great place to buy furnitures and… Great place to buy furnitures and dinnerware. The only bad experience was about an online pickup order, it took 6+ month and then got canceled without any apologies. But overall, a pretty good store.

They are the worst! They are the worst! Constant miscommunication and incompetence. They mess up your orders repeatedly and then you’ll still be penalized for it, not them. You’ll be penalized with major delays, holds, up charges, etc… and they won’t even consider any type of compensation for your suffering. STAY AWAY!!!

Theft. Order never delivered and no refund I ordered something more than a month ago and despite multiple multiple multiple attempts to contact Crate and Barrel I have been unable to get any answers or any resolution. Seems they literally just stole my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “COMPANY”
