GBNOT Good Customer Service! First of all, I was unable to edit my cart. The "Help Desk" attempted to assist me (they sent me a couple of screen-shots, but neither matched with my screen appearance.) Then, the delivery arrived (the order was sent to my son) during the day and required an adult (over 18) signature. He and his wife both WORK during the day!!! On the 3rd attempt, the carrier threatened to return the order to the sender. My son called, and they would deliver it to another business for an additional $8 fee! NOT good customer service!

GBTotal scam! Avoid at all costs Dishonest & fraudulent vendor!!!! Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. They falsely advertise products as in stock when they are not. They take no responsibility for that at all. Once they inform you that they don't have what you ordered, they won't cancel it & refund your money even though the error was their fault. Instead they claim they will only offer a substitution with an item you don't want. Oh yeah, apparently refusing or return the shipment for a refund isn't an option either because they'll hit you up for a restocking fee. Once they have your money you are screwed. P.S. The item I ordered is still showing as in stock - so they can scam others apparently.

GBI placed an order for Clase Azul months… I placed an order for Clase Azul months ago, was told after several weeks that it was on back order. Then several weeks later I followed up and said cancel the order and I want a refund. The lady said in email that I would receive the FULL amount in form of a gift card and a 10% discount on a future order. I still have not received my gift card, my tequila still has not been shipped to my friends as a long past Thanksgiving gift. Last time I followed up to inquire to my gift card, I was told to confirm my email address to have a gift card sent and I STILL have not received compensation. Absolutely worst customer service.
