You ooze you loss… I also wish that I had checked their reviews before placing an order. I ordered four bottles of bourbon 7 Jan 24 and received two on the 19th. I called the following Monday and Tom the rep told me that he was very sorry to hear that I didn’t receive my complete order and that he would make sure that the shipping department would get it sent out that evening. I followed up with an email requesting that they provide me with a tracking number. They replied stating that I should give them three days and if I didn’t receive the other two bottles they would give me a credit. I have been unable to make any contact since and I don’t expect to. I hope that the authorities put these guys out of business. To bad I can’t give them 1/2 star rating.

I placed an order for Clase Azul months… I placed an order for Clase Azul months ago, was told after several weeks that it was on back order. Then several weeks later I followed up and said cancel the order and I want a refund. The lady said in email that I would receive the FULL amount in form of a gift card and a 10% discount on a future order. I still have not received my gift card, my tequila still has not been shipped to my friends as a long past Thanksgiving gift. Last time I followed up to inquire to my gift card, I was told to confirm my email address to have a gift card sent and I STILL have not received compensation. Absolutely worst customer service.

After a week of not recording any shipping info, I decided to reach to them. 3 weeks later and many emails later I received a response to two of the 12 emails I sent out. One email asked for status and they said that they can give me a refund if I don’t want to wait for one of the bottles to be in stock. The final email of me requesting a refund said that they can only refund one bottle cause the one is already packaged in the warehouse and the other is on order to be stocked. They stated that I can get a refund for one that isn’t packaged in the warehouse and that I will get a refund processed that day. It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing and no response. I feel like they’re just gonna keep my money

This company is a scam This company is a scam. I ordered two bottles of Yellowstone toasted barrel on August 5th. Not only have I not received my bourbon, the company does not have a legitimate phone number to call customer service. Perhaps it's shame on me for not checking all of this out, however I want everyone to know what wants to purchase from this site that its a scam. I will reverse the charges with American Express tomorrow.
