The pricing is very competitive The pricing is very competitive. I was able to purchase double with what I usually paid with other vendors. The packaging was particularly careful.

I placed an order for Clase Azul months… I placed an order for Clase Azul months ago, was told after several weeks that it was on back order. Then several weeks later I followed up and said cancel the order and I want a refund. The lady said in email that I would receive the FULL amount in form of a gift card and a 10% discount on a future order. I still have not received my gift card, my tequila still has not been shipped to my friends as a long past Thanksgiving gift. Last time I followed up to inquire to my gift card, I was told to confirm my email address to have a gift card sent and I STILL have not received compensation. Absolutely worst customer service.

NOT Good Customer Service! First of all, I was unable to edit my cart. The "Help Desk" attempted to assist me (they sent me a couple of screen-shots, but neither matched with my screen appearance.) Then, the delivery arrived (the order was sent to my son) during the day and required an adult (over 18) signature. He and his wife both WORK during the day!!! On the 3rd attempt, the carrier threatened to return the order to the sender. My son called, and they would deliver it to another business for an additional $8 fee! NOT good customer service!

I ordered a few bottles of whiskey in… I ordered a few bottles of whiskey in September (it’s now January of the following year) and the bottles were apparently damaged in shipping (this seems to be the experience others have listed here). After 4 months of ”communication” or lack there of I was offered a credit, a refund was not possible. I used the credit to order a new bottle and I am now experiencing almost the exact same issue all over again. Do not use this service. I will be reporting this company to the authorities. These people will end up in jail and we’ll see them on one of those greed documentaries.

Ordered 3 bottles Ordered 3 bottles. After a week of not recording any shipping info, I decided to reach to them. 3 weeks later and many emails later I received a response to two of the 12 emails I sent out. One email asked for status and they said that they can give me a refund if I don’t want to wait for one of the bottles to be in stock. The final email of me requesting a refund said that they can only refund one bottle cause the one is already packaged in the warehouse and the other is on order to be stocked. They stated that I can get a refund for one that isn’t packaged in the warehouse and that I will get a refund processed that day. It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing and no response. I feel like they’re just gonna keep my money
