I ordered a few bottles of whiskey in… I ordered a few bottles of whiskey in September (it’s now January of the following year) and the bottles were apparently damaged in shipping (this seems to be the experience others have listed here). After 4 months of ”communication” or lack there of I was offered a credit, a refund was not possible. I used the credit to order a new bottle and I am now experiencing almost the exact same issue all over again. Do not use this service. I will be reporting this company to the authorities. These people will end up in jail and we’ll see them on one of those greed documentaries.

NOT Good Customer Service! First of all, I was unable to edit my cart. The "Help Desk" attempted to assist me (they sent me a couple of screen-shots, but neither matched with my screen appearance.) Then, the delivery arrived (the order was sent to my son) during the day and required an adult (over 18) signature. He and his wife both WORK during the day!!! On the 3rd attempt, the carrier threatened to return the order to the sender. My son called, and they would deliver it to another business for an additional $8 fee! NOT good customer service!

This company is a scam This company is a scam. I ordered two bottles of Yellowstone toasted barrel on August 5th. Not only have I not received my bourbon, the company does not have a legitimate phone number to call customer service. Perhaps it's shame on me for not checking all of this out, however I want everyone to know what wants to purchase from this site that its a scam. I will reverse the charges with American Express tomorrow.

The almost never answer the phone when… The almost never answer the phone when calling and they are penny pinchers, will overcharge for anything they seem to be able to.

SCAM Buyer Beware Yep, this place is a SCAM. I placed my order for: Le Portier Shay VSOP Cognac by Shannon Sharpe (Qty 2). I called, straight to voicemail, no response, sent email no response. They have been reported to the authorities. Update 2/8/2024: I was able to get my money back because I used Paypal. Thank you
