GBI ordered a few bottles of whiskey in… I ordered a few bottles of whiskey in September (it’s now January of the following year) and the bottles were apparently damaged in shipping (this seems to be the experience others have listed here). After 4 months of ”communication” or lack there of I was offered a credit, a refund was not possible. I used the credit to order a new bottle and I am now experiencing almost the exact same issue all over again. Do not use this service. I will be reporting this company to the authorities. These people will end up in jail and we’ll see them on one of those greed documentaries.

GBI placed an order for Clase Azul months… I placed an order for Clase Azul months ago, was told after several weeks that it was on back order. Then several weeks later I followed up and said cancel the order and I want a refund. The lady said in email that I would receive the FULL amount in form of a gift card and a 10% discount on a future order. I still have not received my gift card, my tequila still has not been shipped to my friends as a long past Thanksgiving gift. Last time I followed up to inquire to my gift card, I was told to confirm my email address to have a gift card sent and I STILL have not received compensation. Absolutely worst customer service.

GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam. I ordered two bottles of Yellowstone toasted barrel on August 5th. Not only have I not received my bourbon, the company does not have a legitimate phone number to call customer service. Perhaps it's shame on me for not checking all of this out, however I want everyone to know what wants to purchase from this site that its a scam. I will reverse the charges with American Express tomorrow.

GBThe item was not in stock I asked that… The item was not in stock I asked that the order be canceled and they refused to due so. I has 4 or 5 emails asking for cancelation and left a message as well. They responded Thursday that the order shipped. This company has unethical business practices. This company knew I didn't want the item and shipped it without needing a signature.
