Total scam! Avoid at all costs Dishonest & fraudulent vendor!!!! Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. They falsely advertise products as in stock when they are not. They take no responsibility for that at all. Once they inform you that they don't have what you ordered, they won't cancel it & refund your money even though the error was their fault. Instead they claim they will only offer a substitution with an item you don't want. Oh yeah, apparently refusing or return the shipment for a refund isn't an option either because they'll hit you up for a restocking fee. Once they have your money you are screwed. P.S. The item I ordered is still showing as in stock - so they can scam others apparently.

Do not purchase from this company I ordered three bottles from You Booze, but only one arrived. I contacted support and received generic responses about someone being in contact with me within 48 hours. About four days later I receive an update that they are on backorder, but no details on when I should expect my order. This company is a scam, do not purchase from them.

The item was not in stock I asked that… The item was not in stock I asked that the order be canceled and they refused to due so. I has 4 or 5 emails asking for cancelation and left a message as well. They responded Thursday that the order shipped. This company has unethical business practices. This company knew I didn't want the item and shipped it without needing a signature.

Bad shipping notification with a happy ending I ordered a bottle of Tequila for a friends birthday. Placed the order and within seconds realized I had sent it to the wrong address. Tried calling, got voicemail, tried the chat, the feedback took forever, finally sent an email. The next day I received a text stating the order had been changed and I was very please. A week later I received an email the order was out for delivery but to the wrong address. This time called, emailed and texted and never got a response. That night I received a box and it was my order to the correct address. Happy in the end but that shipment notification to the wrong address was extremely frustrating. I had spent hours trying reach someone any way possible to stop the shipment in some way. Never received any notification or response.

This company is a scam This company is a scam. I ordered two bottles of Yellowstone toasted barrel on August 5th. Not only have I not received my bourbon, the company does not have a legitimate phone number to call customer service. Perhaps it's shame on me for not checking all of this out, however I want everyone to know what wants to purchase from this site that its a scam. I will reverse the charges with American Express tomorrow.
