GBI ordered a few bottles of whiskey in… I ordered a few bottles of whiskey in September (it’s now January of the following year) and the bottles were apparently damaged in shipping (this seems to be the experience others have listed here). After 4 months of ”communication” or lack there of I was offered a credit, a refund was not possible. I used the credit to order a new bottle and I am now experiencing almost the exact same issue all over again. Do not use this service. I will be reporting this company to the authorities. These people will end up in jail and we’ll see them on one of those greed documentaries.

GBDo not purchase from this company I ordered three bottles from You Booze, but only one arrived. I contacted support and received generic responses about someone being in contact with me within 48 hours. About four days later I receive an update that they are on backorder, but no details on when I should expect my order. This company is a scam, do not purchase from them.

GBOrdered The Macallan 12 1.75 liter Ordered The Macallan 12 1.75 liter. They sent the 750ml. Won't accept return. Claimed that the image is 750ml, but you can't see the volume. Paid $131.00, when I could have gone 4 blocks up the street at Party Store Liquors for 79.00. STRAIGHT UP RIPPED OFF!
