GBBad shipping notification with a happy ending I ordered a bottle of Tequila for a friends birthday. Placed the order and within seconds realized I had sent it to the wrong address. Tried calling, got voicemail, tried the chat, the feedback took forever, finally sent an email. The next day I received a text stating the order had been changed and I was very please. A week later I received an email the order was out for delivery but to the wrong address. This time called, emailed and texted and never got a response. That night I received a box and it was my order to the correct address. Happy in the end but that shipment notification to the wrong address was extremely frustrating. I had spent hours trying reach someone any way possible to stop the shipment in some way. Never received any notification or response.

GBThe item was not in stock I asked that… The item was not in stock I asked that the order be canceled and they refused to due so. I has 4 or 5 emails asking for cancelation and left a message as well. They responded Thursday that the order shipped. This company has unethical business practices. This company knew I didn't want the item and shipped it without needing a signature.

MXSCAM!!!! Seems there is a pattern here, this company is a complete scam. They provide a UPS tracking number but the item(s) are never received by UPS. No one ever picks up the phone from customer service. I filed a BBB complaint and reached out to my bank to investigate so I can receive a refund. TOTAL SCAM !!!!

GBSCAM Buyer Beware Yep, this place is a SCAM. I placed my order for: Le Portier Shay VSOP Cognac by Shannon Sharpe (Qty 2). I called, straight to voicemail, no response, sent email no response. They have been reported to the authorities. Update 2/8/2024: I was able to get my money back because I used Paypal. Thank you
