GBI placed an order for Clase Azul months… I placed an order for Clase Azul months ago, was told after several weeks that it was on back order. Then several weeks later I followed up and said cancel the order and I want a refund. The lady said in email that I would receive the FULL amount in form of a gift card and a 10% discount on a future order. I still have not received my gift card, my tequila still has not been shipped to my friends as a long past Thanksgiving gift. Last time I followed up to inquire to my gift card, I was told to confirm my email address to have a gift card sent and I STILL have not received compensation. Absolutely worst customer service.

GBThe almost never answer the phone when… The almost never answer the phone when calling and they are penny pinchers, will overcharge for anything they seem to be able to.

GBBad shipping notification with a happy ending I ordered a bottle of Tequila for a friends birthday. Placed the order and within seconds realized I had sent it to the wrong address. Tried calling, got voicemail, tried the chat, the feedback took forever, finally sent an email. The next day I received a text stating the order had been changed and I was very please. A week later I received an email the order was out for delivery but to the wrong address. This time called, emailed and texted and never got a response. That night I received a box and it was my order to the correct address. Happy in the end but that shipment notification to the wrong address was extremely frustrating. I had spent hours trying reach someone any way possible to stop the shipment in some way. Never received any notification or response.

GBPenny pinching Penny pinching, charging for everything, not being available when calling. Making it difficult to pick up item vice delivery ans charging for that service when ups don't even charge for pickup.

GBDo not purchase from this company I ordered three bottles from You Booze, but only one arrived. I contacted support and received generic responses about someone being in contact with me within 48 hours. About four days later I receive an update that they are on backorder, but no details on when I should expect my order. This company is a scam, do not purchase from them.
