USOrdered The Macallan 12 1.75 liter Ordered The Macallan 12 1.75 liter. They sent the 750ml. Won't accept return. Claimed that the image is 750ml, but you can't see the volume. Paid $131.00, when I could have gone 4 blocks up the street at Party Store Liquors for 79.00. STRAIGHT UP RIPPED OFF!

USBad shipping notification with a happy ending I ordered a bottle of Tequila for a friends birthday. Placed the order and within seconds realized I had sent it to the wrong address. Tried calling, got voicemail, tried the chat, the feedback took forever, finally sent an email. The next day I received a text stating the order had been changed and I was very please. A week later I received an email the order was out for delivery but to the wrong address. This time called, emailed and texted and never got a response. That night I received a box and it was my order to the correct address. Happy in the end but that shipment notification to the wrong address was extremely frustrating. I had spent hours trying reach someone any way possible to stop the shipment in some way. Never received any notification or response.

USPenny pinching Penny pinching, charging for everything, not being available when calling. Making it difficult to pick up item vice delivery ans charging for that service when ups don't even charge for pickup.
