I has 4 or 5 emails asking for cancelation and left a message as well. They responded Thursday that the order shipped. This company has unethical business practices. This company knew I didn't want the item and shipped it without needing a signature.

USI placed an order for Clase Azul months… I placed an order for Clase Azul months ago, was told after several weeks that it was on back order. Then several weeks later I followed up and said cancel the order and I want a refund. The lady said in email that I would receive the FULL amount in form of a gift card and a 10% discount on a future order. I still have not received my gift card, my tequila still has not been shipped to my friends as a long past Thanksgiving gift. Last time I followed up to inquire to my gift card, I was told to confirm my email address to have a gift card sent and I STILL have not received compensation. Absolutely worst customer service.

USSCAM Buyer Beware Yep, this place is a SCAM. I placed my order for: Le Portier Shay VSOP Cognac by Shannon Sharpe (Qty 2). I called, straight to voicemail, no response, sent email no response. They have been reported to the authorities. Update 2/8/2024: I was able to get my money back because I used Paypal. Thank you

USYou ooze you loss… I also wish that I had checked their reviews before placing an order. I ordered four bottles of bourbon 7 Jan 24 and received two on the 19th. I called the following Monday and Tom the rep told me that he was very sorry to hear that I didn’t receive my complete order and that he would make sure that the shipping department would get it sent out that evening. I followed up with an email requesting that they provide me with a tracking number. They replied stating that I should give them three days and if I didn’t receive the other two bottles they would give me a credit. I have been unable to make any contact since and I don’t expect to. I hope that the authorities put these guys out of business. To bad I can’t give them 1/2 star rating.
