Placed an order assuming it WAS Frank… Placed an order assuming it WAS Frank Rowe only to find PetEdge had bought the company. Clipper arrived w/o a charging cord. Dealt with very rude customer service rep who hung up on me, after she stated I would have to pay shipping to return item. Finally resolved issue, but beware. Stopped ordering from PetEdge years ago due to poor customer service, delayed shipping. Nothing has changed.

I've used them for sharpening and equipment purchases. I ran into a little snafu with an order thay got messed up because of PayPal when my backordered items were ready to ship. Called them and they helped me sort it out and I made an even bigger order than just what it was initially supposed to be haha.
