I ordered hard to get clippers which… I ordered hard to get clippers which were backordered at the time. I haven’t used them yet but the ordering process was easy and they shipped when they said they would and didn’t charge me until they shipped. I would definitely order from them again.

I love ordering from Frank Rowe I love ordering from Frank Rowe. I always try to support local businesses and I've never had a problem with them. I've used them for sharpening and equipment purchases. I ran into a little snafu with an order thay got messed up because of PayPal when my backordered items were ready to ship. Called them and they helped me sort it out and I made an even bigger order than just what it was initially supposed to be haha.

Customer Service girl was very polite… Customer Service girl was very polite and helpful for helping me order my products.In no time I got my clipper combs.Then later before my actual delivering date I got my Km 10 clippers.

Free shipping is a hoax Took a week to process my order. Plus they offer free shipping on orders over $99. All items ordered said to qualify for this offer. Order total before taxes was over $120 and was charged shipping anyway. I believe in honesty and will not do business again with this company’s false promises.
