Everyone was polite and did everything… Everyone was polite and did everything in a timely manner. I would recommend going to a different shipping avenue like viking or pirate ship. You could save your customers a lot of money on shipping. I appreciate everything you did for me.

Placed an order assuming it WAS Frank… Placed an order assuming it WAS Frank Rowe only to find PetEdge had bought the company. Clipper arrived w/o a charging cord. Dealt with very rude customer service rep who hung up on me, after she stated I would have to pay shipping to return item. Finally resolved issue, but beware. Stopped ordering from PetEdge years ago due to poor customer service, delayed shipping. Nothing has changed.

Each phone call to Frank Rowe and sons is a pleasure and delight! Ordering is simple and easy and takes no time at all to complete. Each phone call is a pleasure when it’s time to place an order. Everyone has been helpful and goes above and beyond! And of course the products are also excellent. I’ve been dealing with Frank Rowe & Son for as long as they’ve been around. my grooming shop the Clip Joint in Baltimore Maryland has been in business for 53 years. My two sisters my mother and I met Frank Rowe himself when we started Attending the groom expo in Hershey PA. Great great company!

I love ordering from Frank Rowe I love ordering from Frank Rowe. I always try to support local businesses and I've never had a problem with them. I've used them for sharpening and equipment purchases. I ran into a little snafu with an order thay got messed up because of PayPal when my backordered items were ready to ship. Called them and they helped me sort it out and I made an even bigger order than just what it was initially supposed to be haha.

Poor Packaging Poor Packaging, it was loose/came in to big of a box and or not enough packing material in the box. Clipper blades were being bounced all over the shipping box and out of their original packaging.
