Placed an order assuming it WAS Frank… Placed an order assuming it WAS Frank Rowe only to find PetEdge had bought the company. Clipper arrived w/o a charging cord. Dealt with very rude customer service rep who hung up on me, after she stated I would have to pay shipping to return item. Finally resolved issue, but beware. Stopped ordering from PetEdge years ago due to poor customer service, delayed shipping. Nothing has changed.

Loved ordering from here! I forgot to make an account, but when I asked for help, they got back to me really fast. The whole process was easy. I ordered the FrothPro Shampoo Frother and some natural colognes/perfumes, and they arrived really fast! And I love everything, definitely recommend!
