But when they don’t say that up front and it’s going to take a couple weeks that needs to be known. I canceled my order and from I said they started sending crazy emails. This is not a company , this is some fake company who reproduces Nintendo’s. Beware do not buy. This place is called HIGHLAND ARCHIVE not retro gaming house I’m sure they’ve switched names from multiple people complaining. Terrible terrible experience

No Returns Possible and No Additional Controllers The CNES arrived after about 3 weeks, so prepare to wait a long time. I ordered an extra controller, which did not work. When I contacted them to return the controller, they ghosted me. I have since tried two wireless and two wired controllers purchased independently on Amazon; none of them worked. So, prepare for a one-controller only system if you want to go through these people. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the CNES system works.
