No Returns Possible and No Additional Controllers The CNES arrived after about 3 weeks, so prepare to wait a long time. I ordered an extra controller, which did not work. When I contacted them to return the controller, they ghosted me. I have since tried two wireless and two wired controllers purchased independently on Amazon; none of them worked. So, prepare for a one-controller only system if you want to go through these people. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the CNES system works.

After reading the reviews that are available I’m not sure if I will receive anything from this company and if I do it’s not going to be the real authentic NES CLASSIC EDITION.I realized after really looking into the website and seeing they only offer two game consoles and some controllers on it that I probably should have stayed away from it.
