GBOrdered 2 bottles of scotch Ordered 2 bottles of scotch. Advertised 'ship next day'. I authorized FedEx charges. 9 days later - nothing. Contacted them and was told 'working on it'. 14 days later, still nothing. Now reading long list of dissatisfied customers. I put dispute with cc company to cancel. Contacted Wooden also. Either just poor service or maybe scam.

GBScam Scam. Ordered $200 of run of the mill whiskey. When it hasn't delivered/shipped in over 2 weeks I contacted them about the status and they just said "sometimes it can take awhile". I then told them to cancel and they replied "sure for 10% merchant fee". I think they're just farming orders so people eventually cancel and they can charge 10%. Stay far away

GBNot disappointed at all! I ordered my product, which was elusive in most areas, and I received it in 16 days. I was not expecting it right away so I was not disappointed at all. The product was packed so well and I appreciated it as it was expensive. I contacted customer service for my tracking number and they immediately responded to my request. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!

GBI ordered 2 bottles of Blantons Burbon I ordered 2 bottles of Blantons Burbon. That is the first and last time I will order from this company. I was ripped off with the Wooden Cork Shipping Protection - 200.00-299.00. I have had friends tell me... Never order anything from California. Nothing good comes from that state.

GBGreat website, poor service Placed an order in mid December that was due for delivery before Christmas. A few days later most of the order was canceled due to not having in stock. Website is not updated for availability. Delivery was not received until beginning of January. Package was well wrapped. Terribly overpriced, will not use this business again. Buy local or from trusted, highly rated businesses.
