GBWaited 3 weeks on an order Waited 3 weeks on an order. Finally emailed them and asked for an update, in response, they canceled and refunded my order "due to no stock." So after allowing it to be purchased on their website, they realized they didn't have it, so their decision was to send me an email saying "We'll get more from the supplier in 3-5 business days and send the order"...and then never send the order, never email me, and keep my money until I confronted them. Sketchy business, I'd avoid in the future

GBExcellent service Excellent service, they really try to supply what you want. They waited a week before they shipped as they were hoping to get a special item in my list. Unfortunately they were unable to procure the item. They asked if I wished to wait longer, or to ship without that item. Very nice to keep me in the loop! Thanks!
