GBExcellent service Excellent service, they really try to supply what you want. They waited a week before they shipped as they were hoping to get a special item in my list. Unfortunately they were unable to procure the item. They asked if I wished to wait longer, or to ship without that item. Very nice to keep me in the loop! Thanks!

GBBEWARE THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! BEWARE THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! I received an EMPTY BOTTLE, and they REFUSED REFUND OR REPLACEMENT! I ordered a bottle of liquor, and an empty sticky bottle was delivered. The cap and seal were off, and the papers inside were stained, as if the liquor had spilled. I emailed and sent pictures as soon as I received it, and they replied saying the following, "If the entire bottle was empty, the box or paper would have shown signs of water damage somewhere from the leakage and FedEx does not deliver any packages showing any signs of damage. The seal is just a simple piece of thin paper and has nothing to do with the bottle coming open. This is why we require an adult signature to protect you and me from these cases. Since this package was signed for and accepted there is nothing I can do on my end." I tried calling back multiple times without an answer and finally got through to someone today who said I had to file a separate claim with FedEx because since I signed for it, I had accepted the package. The woman I spoke with was horribly rude and said there was not enough evidence that an empty bottle had been delivered. I told her I could not have known the bottle was going to be empty before opening the package. I sent pictures explaining the issue immediately after receiving the package. I asked to speak with the manager, and she said she was the manager. I told her it was ridiculous that they delivered an empty bottle and wouldn't either reimburse or send a new one. She said couldn't do anything for me, then told me I had a bad attitude and hung up on me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
