So after allowing it to be purchased on their website, they realized they didn't have it, so their decision was to send me an email saying "We'll get more from the supplier in 3-5 business days and send the order"...and then never send the order, never email me, and keep my money until I confronted them. Sketchy business, I'd avoid in the future

Good experience overall Seeing the other reviews on here initially made me scared to order but things went pretty good overall. I ordered late at night and my order was shipped the next day and arrived within 4 days. I got exactly what I ordered and would rate 5 stars if the decorative box that came with the bottle wasn't torn during packing. Although the box was damaged the bottle was packaged very securely.

Received a bottle of Woodford Reserve… Received a bottle of Woodford Reserve 2022 Kentucky Derby 148 - 1L today and it was missing the bottle card. I know this isn’t a huge deal to most who plan on drinking it but I paid a premium ordering online being a commemorative bottle for collecting and expect the items to be complete. Not happy!
