Ordered 5 times Ordered 5 times. First 4 orders were 5 Star flawless. Last one, a zero star nightmare. Out of stock on 4 of 5 items...even though web said in stock. Charged card, no ship, no e-mail for 2 weeks....then e-mail back and forth on substitutes....settled on in stock substitute items....still no ship..... I paid by CC, so reversed the $215 charges just over 5 weeks after the order. They have NO phone number and would not call me despite repeated attempts.

They inform me that they are out of stock a few days later, which is fine, happens. I send 4 emails since then, yet to be responded to. No phone number listed. Will update if/when there is a development. So far negative experience. Generally, liked the store, decent choice of whiskey, was planning an additional order. Eventually all the issues were resolved, but G-d, they are taking their time.

SCAM SCAM! Sells products not in stock, takes your money and then tells you you have to wait for a refund. So far, no refund. Now, a week later, product still shows in stock so they can scam others. Will report to the State Attorney General today.

Bad service. If you think almost 4 weeks to receive… If you think almost 4 weeks to receive an $800 order is acceptable, then by all means, order from these people.
