GBMy third SQlab saddle My third SQlab saddle. I first put one on my Gravel/Road bike. It was great until I damaged it (user error!). I briefly tried a high dollar 3d printed model from a big brand whose name begins with an S. While it was fine, its comfort was certainly NOT commensurate with its price in my opinion. So, back to another SQlab. This time around, I needed a more comfortable saddle for a new hardtail build. SQlab for the win!

GBProduct Replacement While SQ Labs was very quick to respond and good communication. They were not able to replace my broken saddle. They even gave me a great discount because mine broke, after many years of riding. My main problem, is they charged my card, but were not able to ship me a new saddle. This was very disappointing, but will not keep me from buying SQ Labs again.

GBI ordered the wrong sized saddle… I had ordered the wrong sized saddle and contacted customer service to arrange for return and credit. They were very friendly and helpful. I returned the saddle and my credit was processed immediately so I could reorder.
