GBI ordered the wrong sized saddle… I had ordered the wrong sized saddle and contacted customer service to arrange for return and credit. They were very friendly and helpful. I returned the saddle and my credit was processed immediately so I could reorder.

GBEasy to follow sizing instructions Easy to follow sizing instructions. Fast delivery. appears to be very good quality. Was off my bike for nearly a month (other than 5-10 minutes at a time)due to injury and first time back in the saddle did 2 hours nonstop pedaling. Seat is very comfortable and supportive!! GBUse the fit kit- it helps Got the fit kit and was surprised/ skeptical of the results, as a bigger guy I always assumed wider sit bones. I used the kit followed the directions and got the corresponding seat. It took a minute of tinkering with setup and it wasn't love at first ride but after a few rides and dipping the nose slightly more that I typically would it is turning out to be a fantastic saddle.

CAPleased customer! I was undecided on which saddle to go for, so I reached out to SQLab support and laid out my problems with my current saddle. Kaytlin responded quickly and gave lots of details about the saddles she recommended, and why they would be the right choice for me. She also offered to send out the fitting guide, which I did test to make sure I got the right fit. I ended up going for the Ergolux Active 2.1 saddle, and my butt is happy!!

CAMore joy on 60 mile rides My old sadel which was too narrow would cause discomfort on rides. Since I have sized this one according to their recommendation I feel less pressure on my hands and no numbness down below.
