USProduct Replacement While SQ Labs was very quick to respond and good communication. They were not able to replace my broken saddle. They even gave me a great discount because mine broke, after many years of riding. My main problem, is they charged my card, but were not able to ship me a new saddle. This was very disappointing, but will not keep me from buying SQ Labs again.

USI ordered the wrong sized saddle… I had ordered the wrong sized saddle and contacted customer service to arrange for return and credit. They were very friendly and helpful. I returned the saddle and my credit was processed immediately so I could reorder.

USMisleading website inventory I was very hopeful for this product but after purchasing was never able to test it. Days after accepting my payment I was told they were sold out and promptly refunded. Then a couple weeks later I received an email saying the product was back on stock, but still showed as sold out on the website. It may be an awesome product but they have serious problems with their website and inventory control.

USUse the fit kit- it helps Got the fit kit and was surprised/ skeptical of the results, as a bigger guy I always assumed wider sit bones. I used the kit followed the directions and got the corresponding seat. It took a minute of tinkering with setup and it wasn't love at first ride but after a few rides and dipping the nose slightly more that I typically would it is turning out to be a fantastic saddle.

CAGreat service Great service. Product was accurate to description. There was a dispute over duty charges with my shipping company, and sqlabs refunded me that cost quickly and without hesitation.
