Our order was wrong not once but twice… Our order was wrong not once but twice and we received damaged goods in the first order which they did not replace, they just gave a credit. They were missing candy items in the first order which they were sending again and when that order came in (which was only 2 types of candy) they were missing one of the candy types, despite the invoice on top showing 2 kinds of candy, they had packed only one. They did not offer to resolve the issue by sending the missing item overnight mail, instead just gave us a credit which then made us have to go out to another business to buy our candy in order to have it in time for our party. Very poor customer service and no upper management to talk to about the issues.

Order process confusion I kept getting a message that there was something in my cart so I looked, saw that I had a receipt and ignored the messages. That resulted in my order being cancelled. It all worked out, but a headline - "we need more info to process your order" or something would have helped.
