Everything from the order process to the prompt shipping was great. For us, the ability to order a variety of flavors and they are in single serve bags that seal if the employee needs to save part was great. The popcorn is well flavored, fresh and tastes great. Outstanding flavor My wife and I grabbed a bag of the Strawberry Kettlecorn with vanilla icing popcorn at Costco. That is the best popcorn I've ever had! We tried the Krispy Creme original donut popcorn and it was tasteless, not sure what company made it. This Kettlecorn is outstanding with flavor, every piece is covered in Strawberry and icing. We are looking forward to trying out other flavors and will buy this flavor again at Costco.

How to Become Very Popular My wife purchased a bag of your caramel popcorn. It was as good or better than any caramel popcorn we had ever tasted. After purchasing 3-4 more bags, I looked up the popcornopolis website. I happened upon one of your Christmas offers whose price had been dramatically reduced after the end of the year. It was much more than we could eat ourselves, but was a perfect amount to share with friends and family. Everyone loved the caramel popcorn, and we are very popular.

Warning! Don't order from these folks, poor customer service! I've had similar negative experience as others. Placed an order on Feb 6th, card was changed right away, label was printed but product not delivered. Almost 2 weeks of phone calls, online customer care forms submitted, and not one call or email in return. Will never buy from these folks again. Will be using the Popcorn Store from now on.

Ok I gave them a month to honor their 100% guarantee. Ok I gave them a month. Where do I begin. The Buttered up popcorn has absolutely no flavor and the popcorn used is different from all their other products. Now for their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Called the customer service phone number every week since Christmas and every time they say give us another week to respond. Still nothing. I’ll call again today but I know the answer already. Usually a great product but their customer service is non-existent. Terrible experience.
