The Buttered up popcorn has absolutely no flavor and the popcorn used is different from all their other products. Now for their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Called the customer service phone number every week since Christmas and every time they say give us another week to respond. Still nothing. I’ll call again today but I know the answer already. Usually a great product but their customer service is non-existent. Terrible experience.
