We have ordered Popcornopolis products… We have ordered Popcornopolis products for a few years now, and are very satisfied. The product is always fresh, season perfectly, and never a shipping problem. Popcorn is always in tact when received, and shipment is fast. My favorite is plain or kettle, and hubby loves caramel or chocolate. Love getting it direct. I am disabled and unable to drive, so this works out great.

Warning! Don't order from these folks, poor customer service! I've had similar negative experience as others. Placed an order on Feb 6th, card was changed right away, label was printed but product not delivered. Almost 2 weeks of phone calls, online customer care forms submitted, and not one call or email in return. Will never buy from these folks again. Will be using the Popcorn Store from now on.

Honey Butter Popcorn Honey Butter Popcorn. LOVED it. Caramel popcorn is okay, too, but a bit too sweet (personal opinion only) but THIS honey butter popcorn . . . utter perfection. and how do you keep the popcorn crisp and crunchy? Don't know, but they do. and I haven't hit a pop corn kernel yet! Really, really good stuff.

We ordered 40 small decorated Christmas… We ordered 40 small decorated Christmas cones (cheddar cheese, kettle corn and zebra) to give away as treats. Our order came in sooner than expected. When we realized we were only given 39 I contacted Popcornopolis and they sent me the missing one plus a few more. The popcorn cones were so cute and the popcorn was delicious. Everyone loved their treats.

Poor Customer Service + Poor Quality I agree with another reviewer about customer service. In the package it said the company would do whatever to address a bad experience. Turned out that no one even bothered to contact me after I emailed them twice (11/10/23 and 11/19/23). My email to the customer support: "I received a box of Kettle Cone Mini popcorn packages from my friend. Unfortunately, after opening a few of these packages, the popcorn was soft and not fresh. I am very disappointed because I had really good Popcornopolis before. Your message said that you would make it right. I have attached the packing Slip with the order information on it.
