We love Popcornopolis and This company is amazing with Customer Service! We love Popcornopolis! It is the favorite gift of my nieces and nephews and I send them a large box every year for Christmas. This year my niece received a damaged box with the Popcorn stolen and when I called Popcornopolis, they responded to me in less than one day and fixed the problem. This company is amazing!

A wonderful gift I purchased a tin of popcorn for a friend's birthday. It was delivered in two days from the date of my order. My friend said that she was in the mood for a snack when it arrived. A nice surprise for her and a nice treat for her birthday. She was thrilled. I have personally received several tins and cones as gifts and am always happy to get the popcorn as all flavors are delicious and are always fresh. It always makes a happy gift no matter the occasion.

Outstanding flavor My wife and I grabbed a bag of the Strawberry Kettlecorn with vanilla icing popcorn at Costco. That is the best popcorn I've ever had! We tried the Krispy Creme original donut popcorn and it was tasteless, not sure what company made it. This Kettlecorn is outstanding with flavor, every piece is covered in Strawberry and icing. We are looking forward to trying out other flavors and will buy this flavor again at Costco.

Ok I gave them a month to honor their 100% guarantee. Ok I gave them a month. Where do I begin. The Buttered up popcorn has absolutely no flavor and the popcorn used is different from all their other products. Now for their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Called the customer service phone number every week since Christmas and every time they say give us another week to respond. Still nothing. I’ll call again today but I know the answer already. Usually a great product but their customer service is non-existent. Terrible experience.
