I was given the wrong address to send… I was given the wrong address to send them to so I emailed support to cancel the order and they replied faster than expected and with no problem. 10/10 will be ordering if I get the right address.

I accidentally put in the wrong… I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address I emailed them and they were able to change it right away. Shipped out the next day. I don’t know how much the recipient liked or disliked them but I thoroughly enjoyed sending them out!

Excellent Customer Service I have always had a great experience with this company, no problems in the past. Everyone has always gotten a laugh from their products, which taste surprisingly good. This time I messed up on the address I was shipping to and customer service was able to help me right away. Would definitely recommend.

Phenomenal customer service I placed an order with this company and when I received it it wasn't packaged with the packaging that I had ordered. obviously I was upset because I had ordered it as a birthday gift and I got a Valentine's Day one instead . but customer service was great and immediately refunded my money kudos to them for making things right I will definitely be using the service again there's just something that tickles me pink about a dick in a box made of chocolate
