My most recent purchase I accidentally put the wrong address and after a quick email got it sorted out and the dick sent to the intended recipient. Now we wait….

My delivery kept getting returned My delivery kept getting returned. Thanks postal system. Company went beyond and above to help me get it sent out. We tried one more time to the business (because hello funny someone gets this at work) to just sending to her home. They handled all the background work so easy transition. Have used them before for laughs and with their stellar customer service will totally use them again!

I accidentally put in the wrong… I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address I emailed them and they were able to change it right away. Shipped out the next day. I don’t know how much the recipient liked or disliked them but I thoroughly enjoyed sending them out!

Not a joke to everyone Very poor service and emails go unanswered. They were willing to send multiple shipments to a person at their work - even though it is against their policy. they are encouraging harassment and are not concerned who they send their products too. If a sender breaks Dick's by Mail's rules, that sender's information should be made available - bullying and mean people suck. please don't encourage them to continue.
