Horrible service Horrible service! They sent an xs instead of xl for a large golden retriever. In 5 days and 7-8 contact attempts e-mail to message I am still without response. The phone number is automated and will cut you off at any time and will hang up when their message is completed! I have filled out exchange forms 3 time for reason of return and only get ‘bot’ returns!! Warning Red Flag for questionable true business practices!! Danger!!!

Excellent product Excellent product - better than the old ones; Looks like the sewing is stronger and the rings are better attached. The harness seems to be made a lot differently, and the material the harness is made of doesn't rub fur or hair off my dog's chest.

Wellbuilt harness We got Frankie from a shelter. He came with a harness that said PugLife. There really wasn't a need to get another harness except after two washings we couldn't get the cigarette smell out from former owner. So, we looked the company up on the internet. It appears to have changed to Joyride. We ordered him the exact same size built for a Shih Tzu and are very pleased! Would recommend. Wellbuilt harness.

switched all 3 of my big dogs… I’ve switched all three of my big dogs - 2 hounds and a bullmastiff over to Joyride harnesses because they are so easy to get on and off and the dogs cooperate better on walks than they do with just collars. Big girl tore the handle loose on hers a couple of years ago and Joyride replaced with no problem. Their customer service is great!

All grown up now… We had bought several of the older style. As our puppies grew, and became stronger I was glad to see the updates stronger rings, latching mechanisms and stitching. I had started looking at other brands with similar designs but satisfied with upgrades.
