Horrible service Horrible service! They sent an xs instead of xl for a large golden retriever. In 5 days and 7-8 contact attempts e-mail to message I am still without response. The phone number is automated and will cut you off at any time and will hang up when their message is completed! I have filled out exchange forms 3 time for reason of return and only get ‘bot’ returns!! Warning Red Flag for questionable true business practices!! Danger!!!

I love Joyride Harness and always room to improve I love Joyride Harness and have bought 4 for 3 different dogs. I originally suggested added a third ring and it happened so I will add some additional insight. The strap that goes around the body has a tenancy to slip & needs frequent tightening. The strap is slick so maybe a better gripping material. Also, maybe add a slight U shape around the neck for a little less neck stress for pullers. Thanks

This review is for my mother This review is for my mother. She purchased a joyride harness after my suggestion because I knew a large dog that had one. She has a chihuahua and purchase the best friends harness. The buckle is about the same size as it is for a large dog. She called them and stated that they were not very helpful. Then she went to try to place a review on their website and it wouldn't let her click anything below three stars. I even tried it on my Chihuahua he absolutely refused to walk with it on the buckle is about 2 in wide and about a half an inch thick it's very cumbersome and quite honestly intimidating to a small dog. I hope they see this and offer my mom a refund or a viable solution with a smaller clasp.

Excellent product Excellent product - better than the old ones; Looks like the sewing is stronger and the rings are better attached. The harness seems to be made a lot differently, and the material the harness is made of doesn't rub fur or hair off my dog's chest.

Wellbuilt harness We got Frankie from a shelter. He came with a harness that said PugLife. There really wasn't a need to get another harness except after two washings we couldn't get the cigarette smell out from former owner. So, we looked the company up on the internet. It appears to have changed to Joyride. We ordered him the exact same size built for a Shih Tzu and are very pleased! Would recommend. Wellbuilt harness.
