USComment Comment: I purchased a holiday harness in October. It was shipped to an incorrect address, but finally reached us here in Sarasota. Turned out the harness was too large so I initiated a return request which was authorized Dec. 8, and I returned the harness through the UPS store as instructed. I got a notice that the return was accepted, refund TBD. Meanwhile I had purchased a smaller harness at the full price because we wanted it for Christmas. Now I get a notice from Facebook that my return wasn't accepted because "the item no longer needs to be returned". WHAT?? You have my money AND my harness. This is fraudulent. You need to make this right. If you're not giving me a refund, then you need to return my harness, simple as that. Based on this experience, I would not recommend that anyone purchase anything from JoyRide Harness. Please tell me that a mistake has been made. I have documentation to support all of the details above. Awaiting your immediate good faith reaction.... Lois Bates

Poor Choked Puppy
USBuyer beware. Harness chokes my dog. Terrible refund policy. Abysmal Customer Service. The harness fits my dog but after numerous adjustments, the neck strap still chokes my dog. Terrible design. Tried to get a refund but the refund process is a joke and I could only get an exchange for more useless product form this company. I should have learned from previous experience with Facebook advertised items. Every single time I have purchased from there, it has been a ripoff just like this one. I'll stick to Amazon and other reputable markets from now on.

USExcellent product Excellent product - better than the old ones; Looks like the sewing is stronger and the rings are better attached. The harness seems to be made a lot differently, and the material the harness is made of doesn't rub fur or hair off my dog's chest.

USswitched all 3 of my big dogs… I’ve switched all three of my big dogs - 2 hounds and a bullmastiff over to Joyride harnesses because they are so easy to get on and off and the dogs cooperate better on walks than they do with just collars. Big girl tore the handle loose on hers a couple of years ago and Joyride replaced with no problem. Their customer service is great!

USAll grown up now… We had bought several of the older style. As our puppies grew, and became stronger I was glad to see the updates stronger rings, latching mechanisms and stitching. I had started looking at other brands with similar designs but satisfied with upgrades.
