GBI recently ordered two cakes as a gift… I recently ordered two cakes as a gift for Thanksgiving. The cakes shipped on time and according to UPS, were delivered the day before. While the cakes were not received, I cannot thank customer service enough for refunding the full amount even though the non-delivery was the fault of UPS. I will definitely order again so I get to taste their delicious product. Thanks again customer service!

GBDon’t bother Very dry, tasteless and not worth the money. Go to a grocery store and you will get a fresher cake.

GBFirst but not last First time user looking to celebrate dear friend's birthday with her even though we live 6 hours apart. Cake arrived as promised (12 noon) and is in "straight from the bakery" condition. I'm certain that I will send more treats from your wonderful kitchen's website.

GBMushy inedible pie We ordered lemon meringue pie and with shipping cost over $80. When it defrosted it was complete mush and the meringue wilted. What a disappointment and useless for Thanksgiving. It was a gift for my father who is in long term care so truly sad. Update: the company refunded me completely. Well done! Updated from 1 to 3 stars
