Birthday cakes I had 4 cup cakes baked for a birthday surprise. They were delicious and were presented so nice in a sturdy box showing "happy birthday ". The icing wasn't too sweet-- just perfect. Thank you

Terrible delivery- health hazard Delivered in the morning without notifying the receiver or calling to coordinate. This is good that needs to be refrigerated- it was sitting in the mail room until the evening (!), that we asked from the recipient to go check. Now it’s a cake that been out for 11 hours and now will have to go to the trash simply because the delivery guy did not call the recipient and inform them. It’s not a book, it food that can go bad!!

Disappointing Delivery, Excellent Cake Ordered ahead of my daughter-in-law’s birthday, and it was scheduled to arrive on that Friday. Received notification that UPS attempted delivery, but couldn’t access through our gate. Sadly we were home at the time they said they attempted delivery, but they did not call via the box nor directly to my phone. The next day it was delivered at 3:38pm, yet that was an hour after we left for the lake. I made brownies for her birthday, and we ate the cake two days after the actual party.

Difficult to get help when you do not receive your order I have used Bake Me A Wish for several years. Recently, I ordered a cake that was not delivered and does not show in my orders. I received a confirmation email and number for the order and the money was taken out of my account the day after I ordered. I have spent 2 hours trying to reach customer service by phone and email with no response. I expect better customer service when there is a problem. The cakes are delicious

Dry cake, crumbled into saw dust. Probably sat in freeze for months. ordered the sample cakes for my birthday. thought it'd be fun to send myself some cake... Cake was awful. dry and crumbled up mess. Clearly have been sitting in a freezer for months. Nothing separated the different cakes from each other, they literally were all the same "cookies and cream" has maybe a little white chocolate swirl on top but it literally was just a chocolate cake, the chocolate torte was different only because it had frosting but it didn't save the fact that the cake just crumbled into sawdust when you cut it. the double chocolate... couldn't figure out what was different from it.. just another chocolate cake. didn't bother trying to the carrot since I hate carrot cake and I didn't have an option to exchange it. for the cost of the cakes + shipping. I'll never buy from them again. happy birthday to me.
