GBDisappointing Delivery, Excellent Cake Ordered ahead of my daughter-in-law’s birthday, and it was scheduled to arrive on that Friday. Received notification that UPS attempted delivery, but couldn’t access through our gate. Sadly we were home at the time they said they attempted delivery, but they did not call via the box nor directly to my phone. The next day it was delivered at 3:38pm, yet that was an hour after we left for the lake. I made brownies for her birthday, and we ate the cake two days after the actual party.

GBBake me nothing Ordered baked sweets and red velvet cake and the strawberry rhubarb pie. This was for Christmas party, we only received this red velvet cake that was damaged in route. The order total was 202.00 I don’t mind paying for quality but, this company missed the mark big time! I guess I will have to reach out to my credit card company. I’m not dealing with this shady company.

GBI recently ordered two cakes as a gift… I recently ordered two cakes as a gift for Thanksgiving. The cakes shipped on time and according to UPS, were delivered the day before. While the cakes were not received, I cannot thank customer service enough for refunding the full amount even though the non-delivery was the fault of UPS. I will definitely order again so I get to taste their delicious product. Thanks again customer service!

GBTerrible delivery- health hazard Delivered in the morning without notifying the receiver or calling to coordinate. This is good that needs to be refrigerated- it was sitting in the mail room until the evening (!), that we asked from the recipient to go check. Now it’s a cake that been out for 11 hours and now will have to go to the trash simply because the delivery guy did not call the recipient and inform them. It’s not a book, it food that can go bad!!

GBDifficult to get help when you do not receive your order I have used Bake Me A Wish for several years. Recently, I ordered a cake that was not delivered and does not show in my orders. I received a confirmation email and number for the order and the money was taken out of my account the day after I ordered. I have spent 2 hours trying to reach customer service by phone and email with no response. I expect better customer service when there is a problem. The cakes are delicious
