GBTruly delicious chocolate. (1) Absolutely delicious (although I've never had bad chocolate), but the fact that it's healthier than regularly sold chocolate is a great reason to buy this chocolate. (2) Customer service was excellent. (3) The only thing I want to point out is to be aware is that the "free trial" is only good for 7 days after delivery. (4) Finally...chocolate that I can eat without feeling guility. Thank you SkinnyMe Chocolate.

GBThe best sugar free chocolate bad service The best sugar free chocolate, unfortunately they take forever to ship and I'm currently sitting on a 2 month order that simply says backordered. I'll probably cancel it and hope someday they can get their act together.

GBSigned up to receive a free sample...beware Signed up to receive a free sample so I could try before I bought the chocolate. Didn't realize that by signing up for the sample I also enrolled in their autoship program--there was NO indication of that during sign-up and only realized it after reading the fine print on the confirmation email. Sneaky. Chocolate is just OK and not worth the price so I quickly cancelled the autoship. Left a 2 star review on their site and it went to 'review' before being published--which it won't be-- there are nothing but 5 star reviews on their site because those are the only ones they will approve. Horrible business practices.

GBVery Dissatisfied Like many of the others, my free trial box of chocolates arrived in a damaged package & were COMPLETELY melted. I called the company right away, received an apology & was told a replacement box would be sent at no charge. A couple of days later, we were charged almost $40 for an ongoing subscription they said we signed up for. What?! Despite arguing the point, they would not refund our money. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware!

GBThe product is very good however The product is very good however, once purchased you are automatically enrolled in a subscription plan that costs approximately $40 per bag. Once I figured out why they sent three bags at one time, charged my credit card for unordered bags, I called and killed the subscription. Will not order again, just on principle. Sheesh.
