Completely melted The chocolate itself is good (certainly not the best) but I paid shipping for sample bag and when it arrived every piece was fully melted even though the mail delivery person handed it to me immediately. This I'm sure didn't help the taste and it certainly looked bad.

NOT worth it! If you do not CALL (seriously, what company doesn't provide an availability to opt-out of a subscription online?) To cancel your "free" trial within 7 days, they will charge you $34.95 for a 30count bag of "okay" tasting chocolate. It's absolutely NOT WORTH IT, don't do it!

Signed up to receive a free sample...beware Signed up to receive a free sample so I could try before I bought the chocolate. Didn't realize that by signing up for the sample I also enrolled in their autoship program--there was NO indication of that during sign-up and only realized it after reading the fine print on the confirmation email. Sneaky. Chocolate is just OK and not worth the price so I quickly cancelled the autoship. Left a 2 star review on their site and it went to 'review' before being published--which it won't be-- there are nothing but 5 star reviews on their site because those are the only ones they will approve. Horrible business practices.

Positive experience I did read the offer closely and saw that you had to cancel within 7 days to avoid the subscription. I got the bold dark chocolate and I liked it, but feel that $3.44 per ounce is a bit high. Customer service was very prompt to answer and was helpful. They did offer me a 15% discount if I did not cancel which I refused. I am disappointed that they have to engage in questionable marketing in order to sell their product.

I ordered Nov I ordered Nov. 1. It's now the day before Valentines Day and my chocolate keeps saying "backordered". They used to just be slow. But now I think they're outright scamming me.
