GBVery Dissatisfied Like many of the others, my free trial box of chocolates arrived in a damaged package & were COMPLETELY melted. I called the company right away, received an apology & was told a replacement box would be sent at no charge. A couple of days later, we were charged almost $40 for an ongoing subscription they said we signed up for. What?! Despite arguing the point, they would not refund our money. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware!

GBBest sugar free Chocolate ever! I have been enjoying these chocolates for several years (prior to Covid-19) and my favorite is the Exotic Sea Salt Squares. My favorite way to enjoy them is to melt them in the packet and drink the chocolate. Kind of strange but very tasty. But, don’t allow the chocolate to reharden as it changes the taste. I love that they use the Stevia/erythritol sweetener. Best sugar free chocolate ever!

GBSPAM Merchants SPAM Merchants I am relentlessly spammed by this company and they use devious practices to get around spam filters. I never gave them my email address so they bought it from an underground merchant or are employing a spam factory to send out marketing. Based on those practices alone it is easy to see that these are people who cannot be trusted. Conclusion: Do NOT buy anything from these scumbags

GBI ordered Nov I ordered Nov. 1. It's now the day before Valentines Day and my chocolate keeps saying "backordered". They used to just be slow. But now I think they're outright scamming me.

GBThe product is very good however The product is very good however, once purchased you are automatically enrolled in a subscription plan that costs approximately $40 per bag. Once I figured out why they sent three bags at one time, charged my credit card for unordered bags, I called and killed the subscription. Will not order again, just on principle. Sheesh.
