GBOrdered and was SCAMED. Ordered Chocolate . waiting for delivery for about a month now. I see online that my order is backordered. I called help desk to cancel and they saying that they dont have my order, but I can see it on my account and charge account . They don't want to cancel or refund.

GBPositive experience I did read the offer closely and saw that you had to cancel within 7 days to avoid the subscription. I got the bold dark chocolate and I liked it, but feel that $3.44 per ounce is a bit high. Customer service was very prompt to answer and was helpful. They did offer me a 15% discount if I did not cancel which I refused. I am disappointed that they have to engage in questionable marketing in order to sell their product.

GBThe best sugar free chocolate bad service The best sugar free chocolate, unfortunately they take forever to ship and I'm currently sitting on a 2 month order that simply says backordered. I'll probably cancel it and hope someday they can get their act together.

GBDON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This company sucks. I ordered some chocolate October 23rd. I never received my order, after contacting support several times, with NO ANSWERS as to why my order just said "order pending". This company and it's support SUCKS!!They lost a customer and will tell everyone how bad this company is!! I requested a refund let's see how long that will TAKE! Today is November 11th. Don't waste your money with this company!!!

GBThe individually wrapped dark chocolate… The individually wrapped dark chocolate bars were excellent. I know of no other dark chocolate using Stevia as a sweetener. Customer service was excellent as well. I had forgotten about the auto-renew subscription after the free trial was over, and there was no reminder e-mail or text that it was going to end. I assumed that I could cancel my subscription on their website, as it's 2023. Lol...poor assumption. XM Radio does the same thing, requiring one to talk to an agent on the phone, or via a live chat session, to cancel. My bad, when we were all shut in during Covid, XM Radio allowed om-line cancellations without talking or chatting with anyone. If you're goal is to get a lower price, then by all means, talk to a Customer Service Rep and they'll probably offer a lower price without asking for one. Otherwise, I think on-line subscriptions should be the norm, or another option, for SimplyMe Chocolate.
