USToo bad that half of the selections are… Too bad that half of the selections are immediately shown as sold out! Also when putting a second large box into the cart after it says add another for a better price there is still no reduction in the price. The chocolates are good but quite expensive unless you get a deal

USPositive experience I did read the offer closely and saw that you had to cancel within 7 days to avoid the subscription. I got the bold dark chocolate and I liked it, but feel that $3.44 per ounce is a bit high. Customer service was very prompt to answer and was helpful. They did offer me a 15% discount if I did not cancel which I refused. I am disappointed that they have to engage in questionable marketing in order to sell their product.

USDecent marks for product, terrible rating for business practice. Unlike most people, I don't hate the chocolate. Although I've only tried the dark chocolate. You can tell it's a "healthy" recipe but as long as you know what you're expecting, it's fine. If it was reasonably priced and the company's policies weren't so scammy I would actually buy this occasionally. But beware, when you sign up for the "free trial," not only do they sign you up for the monthly shipment (lots of companies do this), if you don't cancel within 7 days they charge you the FULL AMOUNT for the "free trial" item, as well. That was the deciding factor for me. So I give it decent marks for product, terrible rating for business practice.

USVery Dissatisfied Like many of the others, my free trial box of chocolates arrived in a damaged package & were COMPLETELY melted. I called the company right away, received an apology & was told a replacement box would be sent at no charge. A couple of days later, we were charged almost $40 for an ongoing subscription they said we signed up for. What?! Despite arguing the point, they would not refund our money. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware!

USDON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This company sucks. I ordered some chocolate October 23rd. I never received my order, after contacting support several times, with NO ANSWERS as to why my order just said "order pending". This company and it's support SUCKS!!They lost a customer and will tell everyone how bad this company is!! I requested a refund let's see how long that will TAKE! Today is November 11th. Don't waste your money with this company!!!
