GBSPAM Merchants SPAM Merchants I am relentlessly spammed by this company and they use devious practices to get around spam filters. I never gave them my email address so they bought it from an underground merchant or are employing a spam factory to send out marketing. Based on those practices alone it is easy to see that these are people who cannot be trusted. Conclusion: Do NOT buy anything from these scumbags

GBDeceptive advertising Deceptive advertising. Supposed to get 1 bag free just pay for shipping. Opportunity to buy additional for a discount. I ordered the Dark Chocolate and never got the other product I ordered. Then noticed I got charged $34.99 on my credit card. Didn't know I was automatically enrolled in autoship. Called to get credited and they cancelled autoship but only gave me a 30% refund on something I didn't even receive. So my "free" bag of chocolate cost me $4.95 plus $24.99. To make matters worse, I didn't like the Dark Chocolate that I did receive.

GBPositive experience I did read the offer closely and saw that you had to cancel within 7 days to avoid the subscription. I got the bold dark chocolate and I liked it, but feel that $3.44 per ounce is a bit high. Customer service was very prompt to answer and was helpful. They did offer me a 15% discount if I did not cancel which I refused. I am disappointed that they have to engage in questionable marketing in order to sell their product.

GBThe individually wrapped dark chocolate… The individually wrapped dark chocolate bars were excellent. I know of no other dark chocolate using Stevia as a sweetener. Customer service was excellent as well. I had forgotten about the auto-renew subscription after the free trial was over, and there was no reminder e-mail or text that it was going to end. I assumed that I could cancel my subscription on their website, as it's 2023. Lol...poor assumption. XM Radio does the same thing, requiring one to talk to an agent on the phone, or via a live chat session, to cancel. My bad, when we were all shut in during Covid, XM Radio allowed om-line cancellations without talking or chatting with anyone. If you're goal is to get a lower price, then by all means, talk to a Customer Service Rep and they'll probably offer a lower price without asking for one. Otherwise, I think on-line subscriptions should be the norm, or another option, for SimplyMe Chocolate.

GBI ordered Nov I ordered Nov. 1. It's now the day before Valentines Day and my chocolate keeps saying "backordered". They used to just be slow. But now I think they're outright scamming me.
