GBI really loved the products I got but.. I really loved the products I got! Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the candy was melted which isn't entirely Candy Club's fault but I think that maybe for a few extra bucks some insolated boxes or something to keep them cold during the summer months could be a good option!

GBbad experience in Candy Club I moved to Boston recently and I went to Candi bar thinking that it's Bollywood night but choice of song was crap. The staff is ridiculous, senseless and extremely rude, the lady bouncer inside shouting and not letting me in after went out to take a call. I tried to tell her that at least tell my friend that I am waiting outside and we came in his car and his mobile didn't had network. She wasn't ready to listen and shouting all the time to go up. I am never gonna go to Candy Club !!! Good Bye !!!

GBBEST SERVICE IN THE UNIVERSE! I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley in regards to a few concerns I had about my first couple Candy Club orders I made last week for Valentine's Day; Ashley went FAAAR above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied first time customer! GBI just had to share about an…Amazing customer service I just had to share about an exceptional customer service experience. I had trouble placing my order, it got stuck on processing and wouldn’t put my purchase through. I called Candy club and spoke to Jack Bostic. He was incredibly patient and, although he wasn’t tech support, figured out what to do to put my order through. He was knowledgeable and a truly kind person- if I should have this issue again, I will definitely ask for him! As I said to him, Candy club needs to give him a raise as he not only handled a customer service call, he excelled at tech support. Thank you Jack!

GBOver Priced and Not Personalized it is incredibly over priced. its $40 for three small containers of candy, they ask your preferences and then they don't take them into account. I said sour candy only and I ended up with one sour candy, one chocolate and some dummies. Easily only $8 worth of candy and I wont even eat most of it. Very disappointed.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I emailed them to cancel and they went through cancelling immediately
