Above and beyond! Customer service has addressed any concerns I've had. Super polite. Accommodating. I've honestly, in my adult life, never dealt with such a wonderful company that makes you feel like you matter to their business, the way Candy Club has! Bravo guys!(and gals). I appreciate all of the efforts put forth on my account. I'll definitely be recommending Candy Club to friends and family.

You know I had some really high hopes… You know I had some really high hopes for Candy Club but I got fairly disappointed in what I got. On top of only being able to choose sweet or sour products I got the exact opposite, the candy was average and over priced I could buy the same candy name brand at the store for cheaper. I will say this though, the presentation is beautiful and appealing.

Impossible to Cancel Similar to other customers, I haven't been able to cancel this subscription. I really only wanted a single box for my son at Valentine's Day. I paid for it when I received a 2nd box, and checked website to learn I'd been put on a subscription plan. I emailed and messaged via the website, requesting cancellation. No response or confirmation. I received another unwanted box this week. Emails bounce back. I sent another message through their website. No response. Don't get involved; candy subpar and not worth this hassle.

bad experience in Candy Club I moved to Boston recently and I went to Candi bar thinking that it's Bollywood night but choice of song was crap. The staff is ridiculous, senseless and extremely rude, the lady bouncer inside shouting and not letting me in after went out to take a call. I tried to tell her that at least tell my friend that I am waiting outside and we came in his car and his mobile didn't had network. She wasn't ready to listen and shouting all the time to go up. I am never gonna go to Candy Club !!! Good Bye !!!

Over Priced and Not Personalized it is incredibly over priced. its $40 for three small containers of candy, they ask your preferences and then they don't take them into account. I said sour candy only and I ended up with one sour candy, one chocolate and some dummies. Easily only $8 worth of candy and I wont even eat most of it. Very disappointed.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I emailed them to cancel and they went through cancelling immediately
