Above and beyond! Customer service has addressed any concerns I've had. Super polite. Accommodating. I've honestly, in my adult life, never dealt with such a wonderful company that makes you feel like you matter to their business, the way Candy Club has! Bravo guys!(and gals). I appreciate all of the efforts put forth on my account. I'll definitely be recommending Candy Club to friends and family.

This company is unbelievable! This company is unbelievable! Such a scam! DO NOT be fooled by them! They’ve had the nerve to charge my account and I haven’t even record an ordered confirmation or proof of any purchase/details of my order! You are forced to subscribe to a monthly membership in order to use the Groupon-(which conveniently cannot be traded in or refunded) and then you pay $9.99 shipping for standard shipping-on candy?! In addition to all of that, there phone # listed on their website doesn’t work-“not reachable”! I wouldn’t recommend this program/product/service/scam-joke to anyone! Stay away!!

Packages always came on time Packages always came on time. There are a lot of options, however, be aware that if you live somewhere it’s hot you’re very limited. My boyfriend and I were just disappointed to only be able to get gummies and hard candies (which neither of us really care for) practically every month until really recently. We have a cabinet full of gummies and thought it’d be time to cancel. I wish I could’ve been refunded for all the gummies we ended up with, but canceling wasn’t a problem and the agent was very friendly.

Seriously the worst… This is seriously the worst subscription ever. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, even after reading all the horrible reviews, because my boyfriend really likes trying new candy. I gave them 3 months to get their act together and all 3 months, I was sent the SAME, EXACT candy... for FORTY dollars! Absolutely ridiculous. I should have listened.

You know I had some really high hopes… You know I had some really high hopes for Candy Club but I got fairly disappointed in what I got. On top of only being able to choose sweet or sour products I got the exact opposite, the candy was average and over priced I could buy the same candy name brand at the store for cheaper. I will say this though, the presentation is beautiful and appealing.
