USYou know I had some really high hopes… You know I had some really high hopes for Candy Club but I got fairly disappointed in what I got. On top of only being able to choose sweet or sour products I got the exact opposite, the candy was average and over priced I could buy the same candy name brand at the store for cheaper. I will say this though, the presentation is beautiful and appealing.

USOver Priced and Not Personalized it is incredibly over priced. its $40 for three small containers of candy, they ask your preferences and then they don't take them into account. I said sour candy only and I ended up with one sour candy, one chocolate and some dummies. Easily only $8 worth of candy and I wont even eat most of it. Very disappointed.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I emailed them to cancel and they went through cancelling immediately

USReceived 2 packages of the exact same… Received 2 packages of the exact same candies inside them. Only 2 out the six were actually edible. My profile was set for sour and I received coffee flavored toffee hard candy, strawberry licorice rolls, and 1 sour blue raspberry belts. The blue raspberry belts and strawberry belts were like the best candies we’ve received. I hate how I couldn’t choose the candies my family and I like. Also I changed my address way in advance before package was sent out and they don’t redirect packages once delivered. I was only charged $80 for the 6 candies!!! Totally disappointed.

USAbove and beyond! Customer service has addressed any concerns I've had. Super polite. Accommodating. I've honestly, in my adult life, never dealt with such a wonderful company that makes you feel like you matter to their business, the way Candy Club has! Bravo guys!(and gals). I appreciate all of the efforts put forth on my account. I'll definitely be recommending Candy Club to friends and family.

USI just had to share about an…Amazing customer service I just had to share about an exceptional customer service experience. I had trouble placing my order, it got stuck on processing and wouldn’t put my purchase through. I called Candy club and spoke to Jack Bostic. He was incredibly patient and, although he wasn’t tech support, figured out what to do to put my order through. He was knowledgeable and a truly kind person- if I should have this issue again, I will definitely ask for him! As I said to him, Candy club needs to give him a raise as he not only handled a customer service call, he excelled at tech support. Thank you Jack!
