I’m not sure why it’s so hard to get in… I’m not sure why it’s so hard to get in touch with customer service rather it’s by email or calling I get no reply ever I’ve been trying to reach them for 3 weeks now due to USPS returning my candy box for not having a valid address supposedly however I checked my account and my address is accurate I’ve been tryna reach candy club to let them know about the error but I get no response via email and they are never available by phone they haven’t even considered giving me a refund I’m sure they got the box of candy back by now

You know I had some really high hopes… You know I had some really high hopes for Candy Club but I got fairly disappointed in what I got. On top of only being able to choose sweet or sour products I got the exact opposite, the candy was average and over priced I could buy the same candy name brand at the store for cheaper. I will say this though, the presentation is beautiful and appealing.

If I could leave zero stars I would If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered 5/1/21, and it’s still says awaiting fulfillment, I have tried reaching them numerous times with no response, I don’t ever write bad reviews but I’m getting very annoyed with the lack of response after paying near $40 for candy 🤦🏼‍♀️ take my advice and DO NOT ORDER

BEST SERVICE IN THE UNIVERSE! I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley in regards to a few concerns I had about my first couple Candy Club orders I made last week for Valentine's Day; Ashley went FAAAR above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied first time customer! Received 2 packages of the exact same… Received 2 packages of the exact same candies inside them. Only 2 out the six were actually edible. My profile was set for sour and I received coffee flavored toffee hard candy, strawberry licorice rolls, and 1 sour blue raspberry belts. The blue raspberry belts and strawberry belts were like the best candies we’ve received. I hate how I couldn’t choose the candies my family and I like. Also I changed my address way in advance before package was sent out and they don’t redirect packages once delivered. I was only charged $80 for the 6 candies!!! Totally disappointed.
