My daughter is so selective but in love… My daughter is so selective but in love with your truffles . Although I'm not a fan of chocolates but I'm happy she loves yours. Keep up your quality.

Buyer beware! Buyer beware!! I bought a 6 month chocolate of the month subscription for my mom back in July. She has only received TWO OUT OF FIVE months despite e-mails and phone calls promising it would be resolved. They were vague when asked why and promised to send a double-shipment. They didn’t. I’m notifying my credit card company. I’ve paid $170 (including shipping) for two boxes of chocolate. So disappointing!

I ordered for my daughter on 2/9/24 I ordered for my daughter on 2/9/24. I entered the delivery date of 2/14/24. She got a delivery of the absolute wrong item that she cannot eat due to allergies. They said they will send the chocolate gummie bears on 2/16/24. This is such BS and that's why I hate trying independent companies.

Brutal service Bought a yearly subscription in July for my wife. I have to call/email each month asking when it would be delivered and they always say "coming shortly." Never had chocolate delivered before I contacted them. Then this month, they delivered the same chocolate that we got in a previous shipment. Lousy customer service and terribly annoying. Looking into cancellation and going elsewhere.

FOOLED BY SIMILAR NAME OF LICORICE INTERNATIONAL So recently I noticed that a new family of edible products is available in fancy round 1 lb tubes tailed to each brand (Pretzels.com, Chocolate.com, Licorice.com etc) and ordered some items. HERE'S MY TAKEAWAY: Licorice.com Black & Red Australian Licorice is so hard I couldn't chew it (I have world class teeth!) the Pretzels.com Pretzels were stale and Chocolate.com uses the cheapest chocolate I've tasted in years. As a candy and chocolate lover I reached out to the companies and was promptly ignored then blown off. After spending over $75 IN EACH OF THEIR STORES they didn't lift a finger to help a customer and long-term bulk buyer. I reached out to the company I've been shopping at since 2004 with a very very similar name (Licoriceinternational.com Licorice International). Do yourself a favor and ignore the flashy packaging filled with mediocre snacks.
