GBBuyer beware! Buyer beware!! I bought a 6 month chocolate of the month subscription for my mom back in July. She has only received TWO OUT OF FIVE months despite e-mails and phone calls promising it would be resolved. They were vague when asked why and promised to send a double-shipment. They didn’t. I’m notifying my credit card company. I’ve paid $170 (including shipping) for two boxes of chocolate. So disappointing!

GBHorrible service Horrible service! I have been calling and emailing since I ordered in March( now April 31) still have not received my chocolates. They even tell you only 1 person runs and does orders for chocolate.org. and that this is not their primary business. They tell you they do not know much about how the chocolate.org side works and are unable to answer your questions and concerns. I was going to get Subscriptions for Birthday gifts for my whole family but I can't even get 1 box! Don't waist your money. Not worth the headache

GBScam It's been a month and a half and I haven't even received the first box, which was supposed to be a gift. Customer support was dismissive and has sent me no information on where my box is or when they sent it.
