GBGaggia Anima Water Sensor. I have a Gaggia Anima and had the Capacitive Water Level Sensor go bad. Not only did they have the part... but had a detailed video on Youtube on how to take the machine apart. I could not have done it without the video. the price on the part was reasonable. Shipping was a little expensive.

GBHow easy it was to order from… How easy it was to order from WholeLatteCoffee. I tried another seller and it was a total bust. Also, I was very impressedwith the packaging og my ECM Espresso Machine. It was obvious they put a lot of effort to make sure the machine arrived unscathed.

GBGreat product and timely delivery. Product is great, time of delivery as promised. I love that they offer a video call to help you set up the machine and answer any questions. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that after a few weeks I needed customer support and the response took for days instead of the 24-48 hours they said. Thank God I was able to find the fix in a Facebook group.
