Tried to purchase coffee beans from web… Tried to purchase coffee beans from web site. To much of a hassle to do so. Wanted to sign up for this and that. Went ahead and did all that. Put in my credit card # three times and told me card failed. Card was good, I use it every day and still doing so today. My bill is payed off every month. I just gave up and bought from grocery store.

Coffee Cast Continues to Deliver Just had another terrific Coffee Cast with Zach and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient as before. This continues to be the biggest plus for Whole Latte Love. I only hope it never ends. Once again, it helps to have your machine on and ready to go. This allows you to try out some of the suggestions as they watch and offer feedback. Total game changer for me. Think of it as coaching someone WHILE they are riding a bike RATHER than telling them first...how to ride a bike...and then sending them off to ride. Both have their merits. For example, if this is your first time ever using or seeing the machine, you would probably want a demonstration first and take careful notes while looking at your own machine as a reference. However, if you have already tried using the machine, and have a little experience already...getting feedback before, during, and after you either try pulling a shot, steaming milk, back-flushing, etc. would probably be the best way to go.

Outstanding customer service and Technical Support Outstanding customer service and technical support! I ordered the Lelit Mara X and my machine’s steam pressure gage didn’t work. After troubleshooting with technical support they deemed it a faulty unit and sent a new replacement as soon as the problem machine was sent back.
