After troubleshooting with technical support they deemed it a faulty unit and sent a new replacement as soon as the problem machine was sent back.

Great product and timely delivery. Product is great, time of delivery as promised. I love that they offer a video call to help you set up the machine and answer any questions. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that after a few weeks I needed customer support and the response took for days instead of the 24-48 hours they said. Thank God I was able to find the fix in a Facebook group.
