How easy it was to order from… How easy it was to order from WholeLatteCoffee. I tried another seller and it was a total bust. Also, I was very impressedwith the packaging og my ECM Espresso Machine. It was obvious they put a lot of effort to make sure the machine arrived unscathed.

Great product and timely delivery. Product is great, time of delivery as promised. I love that they offer a video call to help you set up the machine and answer any questions. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that after a few weeks I needed customer support and the response took for days instead of the 24-48 hours they said. Thank God I was able to find the fix in a Facebook group.

I ordered 2 gauges for my Expobar I ordered 2 gauges for my Expobar. The gauges did not list which Expobar they worked for or what the size was. Neither gauge works! They are both 3mm too small in diameter and won't even stay in the gauge hole.
