Gaggia Anima Water Sensor. I have a Gaggia Anima and had the Capacitive Water Level Sensor go bad. Not only did they have the part... but had a detailed video on Youtube on how to take the machine apart. I could not have done it without the video. the price on the part was reasonable. Shipping was a little expensive.

Great product and timely delivery. Product is great, time of delivery as promised. I love that they offer a video call to help you set up the machine and answer any questions. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that after a few weeks I needed customer support and the response took for days instead of the 24-48 hours they said. Thank God I was able to find the fix in a Facebook group.

I ordered 2 gauges for my Expobar I ordered 2 gauges for my Expobar. The gauges did not list which Expobar they worked for or what the size was. Neither gauge works! They are both 3mm too small in diameter and won't even stay in the gauge hole.

Outstanding customer service and Technical Support Outstanding customer service and technical support! I ordered the Lelit Mara X and my machine’s steam pressure gage didn’t work. After troubleshooting with technical support they deemed it a faulty unit and sent a new replacement as soon as the problem machine was sent back.
