The missing star is that I could have gotten the specific machine I purchased for $400 less the following week at Costco. But their service and care are great and everything works and arrives on time.

Tried to purchase coffee beans from web… Tried to purchase coffee beans from web site. To much of a hassle to do so. Wanted to sign up for this and that. Went ahead and did all that. Put in my credit card # three times and told me card failed. Card was good, I use it every day and still doing so today. My bill is payed off every month. I just gave up and bought from grocery store.
