I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY BOX SUBSCRIPTION AND NEVER BEEN ABLE TO TELEPHONE ANYONE ONLY EMAIL AND NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. IN THE MEAN TIME, MY FRIEND HAS NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND FOR HER GENEROUS GIFT.
