I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY BOX SUBSCRIPTION AND NEVER BEEN ABLE TO TELEPHONE ANYONE ONLY EMAIL AND NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. IN THE MEAN TIME, MY FRIEND HAS NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND FOR HER GENEROUS GIFT.

I’ve contacted Sipsby a few times with questions, and they were prompt with a friendly response. I love that I can review each tea I get, which is then noted by Sipsby. GBI subscribed to sipsby two years ago… I subscribed to sipsby two years ago and have never considered canceling my subscription. The service is fantastic. The teas are excellent. Any time I've contacted them with suggestions or questions, I've received a prompt response. Did I mention I love the teas? So great!
