Great coffee and great service I bought a good bean to cup espresso machine four years ago and a friend recommended Old Spike to me after several disappointing bean purchases in London. It was the best thing which has happened to my coffee education. I usually buy in the cafes in Peckham Rye (my usual go to) and sometimes go into the Central London cafes to enjoy the choice of fabulous coffee and wonderful customer service. I have also found the online ordering service very reliable too. Great coffee and great service all round.

Poor customer service Poor customer service. No sign of coffee despite money coming out of account and not responding to emails. Previously haven’t had any issues but will be getting coffee from somewhere else from now on.

i use the subscription i use the subscription - the coffee can be hit or miss with some batches being much nicer than others, but it's always of a really high quality and that just comes down to taste the delivery schedule is also all over the shop, i think they've migrated systems a few times? will go a fortnight without a delivery and then have 3 arrive on the same day. overall a great social enterprise with an excellent product. just minor issues.

Brilliant coffee, service, people :) First ever trustpilot review but had to because these guys are ace. Been with them since they started seven years ago and have two subscriptions! Brilliant, freshly roasted coffee, great service, lovely people, and a good cause too 🤩
