I am a client which goes (or was going) there every day and I always buy a double expresso, a croissant and energy water (£10 almost every day that you lost now), therefore, respect and good service from your side are expected, shocking behaviour! You lost a client

USPoor customer service Poor customer service. No sign of coffee despite money coming out of account and not responding to emails. Previously haven’t had any issues but will be getting coffee from somewhere else from now on.

GBDecent company producing decent service and coffee. Been with Old Spike for several years. Always reliable service. Get regular deliveries. Easy to use website and the coffee isn’t too bad either. Really like their ethical stance as well. Cannot recommend more highly.

GBGreat coffee and great service I bought a good bean to cup espresso machine four years ago and a friend recommended Old Spike to me after several disappointing bean purchases in London. It was the best thing which has happened to my coffee education. I usually buy in the cafes in Peckham Rye (my usual go to) and sometimes go into the Central London cafes to enjoy the choice of fabulous coffee and wonderful customer service. I have also found the online ordering service very reliable too. Great coffee and great service all round.

GBI visited an Old Spike store I visited an Old Spike store - the staff there were fantastically helpful, definitely some of the best customer service I’ve had. Plus the coffee beans are really tasty and have now started a subscription.
