I visited an Old Spike store I visited an Old Spike store - the staff there were fantastically helpful, definitely some of the best customer service I’ve had. Plus the coffee beans are really tasty and have now started a subscription.

Emails letting me know an order has… Emails letting me know an order has been placed (for my regular subscription) and one has been shipped are good, but I think both could be replaced by one email giving me an estimated delivery date. This would help me avoid coffee emergencies!

The best Benedict Blend coffee beans I always buy Benedict Blend beans from the Old Spike Roastery. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my coffee.
